About the Role

We are looking for an outgoing person with at least 6 months of management experience for a regenerative medicine practice. The office manager is the glue that holds a medical practice together. The office manager is an effective leader that ensures the clinic operates at optimal performance and efficiency while juggling multiple tasks at once.

Duties include, but are not limited to:

Hire, terminate, and train staff in a medical office.
Supervise front office, back office and clinical staff.
Assess employee performance.
Delegate responsibilities.
Develop and implement office policies and procedures.
Improves operations, decrease turn around times, and streamline work processes.

Oversee billing, coding, and collections.
Schedule appointments.
Maintain medical records.
Perform data entry and processing.

Make deposits and reconcile payments in system.
Prepare cash for deposit.
Reconcile account information.
Responsible for accounts receivable management.

Coordinates Marketing of the practice and the promotion of special events.
Credential/onboard physicians.
Ensures compliance with HIPAA, OSHA and other governmental regulatory authorities.
Maintains office inventory of medical and office supplies.
Orders medical supplies, office supplies, and submits maintenance requests for equipment.

Requirements

Required education:

  • High school or equivalent.


Required experience:

  • None.

  • 6 months experience successfully managing 4-5 people is a plus.

Other requirements:

  • The ideal candidate is extroverted, extremely well-organized, and multi-talented.
