Concierge Medical Care
We offer first-class medical care on an ongoing basis with an affordable monthly membership fee. Our model is designed for people who are fed-up with waiting 1 hour for a 10 minute visit. There are no co-payments or deductibles to meet. Pricing is simple and transparent. Now, you have the chance to take control of your health and your care.
Think back to the last time you visited the doctor. After arrival, you probably sat in the waiting room longer than you felt was necessary. Then, after trying to entertain yourself for what feels like an eternity, you get escorted to the exam room. Once you're in the exam room, you spend even more time waiting... and waiting. When the doctor gets into the room to see you, it's almost as if he's rushing to see the next patient. Once everything is done, you don't feel like anything you said was heard. You leave, frustrated, but convinced that maybe you'll get to mention it at your next appointment.

The reality of medicine in the U.S today is that, despite all the attempted advances in healthcare, most physicians have resorted to relying on insurance companies to pay the bills. The insurance company is in a unique position to determine exactly how much it will pay for a visit. Furthermore, the insurance company can decide whether or not to cover anything at all. Because of the rising cost of staffing salaries and office space, physicians become forced to see as many people as they can in a single day. The doctor's focus becomes the volume of care delivered, not the quality of care.

What is concierge medicine?

Concierge medicine eliminates insurance companies from the delivery of medical care. Instead of paying for each visit or billing insurance companies, patient's pay a monthly fee that covers the cost. This enables doctors to spend time and resources on patient care rather than insurance bills. Patients spend less time in the waiting room and more time with their physician.
How much does the membership cost?

We charge a monthly membership fee of $99 per month. Patients may choose to be billed monthly or annually. Patients who are willing to pay annually receive a 10% discount.

What is included in the concierge membership?
​
Our concierge membership includes all of your office visits, including free telehealth visits. The maximum number of allowed visits in a calendar year is currently 15. More than 1 or 2 visits per month is rarely needed because there is so much time spent with each visit. There may be additional fees for certain procedures or other services provided, but you will never be charged without knowing beforehand. Furthermore, members receive a discounted rate on any procedures.

Will my insurance cover the cost of membership?

Unfortunately, it is unlikely that your insurance company will cover the membership fee. However, we encourage you to check with your insurance company to be sure. We do not submit claims directly to insurance companies. However, if you have an FSA or HSA, you may be able to use your FSA or HSA to pay for the fees.

I just want to pay for each visit. Can I do that instead?

Of course! A single visit is typically $99. If you have health insurance, we will provide you with the information you need to submit a claim to your insurance company. Your insurance company may reimburse you for a portion or all of your visit. Medicare patients should read the FAQ page for more information.
